My Better Water Service

Our clients place a service call through the website by accessing the schedule service button above. Upon receiving your information a trained technician will contact you to access your needs and set-up prompt service that best meets your scheduling needs. Our office is open Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

A list of the functions of what services are performed during a service call are listed below.

Preventive Maintenance program will include:

  • Same/next day service
  • Repair or Replace for term of contract

During our visit, the My Better Water trained service technician will perform the following:

  • Site and equipment inspection
  • Filter replacement if necessary
  • Water tank sanitizing if necessary
  • Exterior cleaning
  • Temperature test
  • Inspect hoses and fitting and replace if necessary
  • Final TDS test of water for quality assurance
